Alcotec 48 Hour Turbo Yeast

Alcotec 48 is one of the most popular turbo yeasts in the world, allowing you to choose between fast fermentation or higher alcohol output, depending on your sugar level.

• Fast ferment:
  6kg sugar per 25L → up to 14% ABV in ~48 hours

• High alcohol ferment:
  8kg sugar per 25L → up to 20% ABV in 5–6 days

Contains highly active Alcotec Ethanol TT yeast combined with precision nutrients designed for clean, high-alcohol fermentations.

Turbo Clear

Turbo Clear is added directly to the wash after fermentation and clears the wash within 24 hours, removing over 95% of yeast cells, solids, and impurities.

Using Turbo Clear before distillation:

• Prevents yeast breakdown during boiling

• Reduces off-smells and harsh flavours

• Improves overall spirit quality

• Produces a clearer, cleaner wash ready for distilling

For best results, allow the wash to clear fully and rack before distillation.

Turbo Carbon

Turbo Carbon is designed to be used during fermentation, not after distillation. Its unique activated internal pore structure removes impurities that yeast and post-distillation filtration may miss.
