Alcotec 24hr Turbo Yeast is one of the fastest fermenting turbo yeasts available, engineered to deliver a clean sugar wash with high alcohol output in an incredibly short time. Designed for rapid turnaround, this yeast can produce up to 14% ABV in just 24 hours, or up to 20% ABV in 48 hours.

How to Use

1. Dissolve 6kg white sugar in warm water (25–30°C)

2. Top up to 21–25 litres

3. Add the full 250g sachet of Alcotec 24hr Turbo Yeast

4. Maintain 20–30°C ferment temperature

   • For 24-hour 14% ABV, maintain upper end of temperature range

   • For 48-hour 20% ABV, extend fermentation time
