The ALL INN Black IPA Fresh Wort Kit (also known as “Midnight Jackal”) is a ready-to-ferment 15 L fresh wort kit designed to make around 20 L of finished beer. It’s aimed at homebrewers who want a brewery-quality IPA without doing a full all-grain brew.

• Style: Black IPA / Cascadian Dark Ale
• ABV: Around 7%
• Bitterness: Firm and assertive, roughly mid-40 IBU range
• Colour: Deep black with ruby highlights
• Body: Medium with a dry finish
• Flavour: Strong American hop character layered over subtle roasted malts
• Aroma: Resinous pine, citrus, floral hops, light coffee and dark chocolate notes
• Finish: Bitter, crisp, hoppy, and roasty without being stout-heavy

Typical ingredients include:

• Malts: Ale malt, crystal, aromatic malt, roasted barley, roast wheat
• Hops: Warrior and Chinook are commonly listed
• Suggested yeast: Safale US-05, BRY-97, Nottingham, or similar clean American ale yeast

How it works:

1. Pour the fresh wort into a sanitised fermenter
2. Add water to reach 20 L
3. Aerate and pitch yeast
4. Ferment for roughly 1–2 weeks
5. Bottle or keg
