American Oak Chips – Medium Toast (100g) deliver an intense, bold oak character with notes of caramel and vanilla. Made from genuine oak staves seasoned for over two years, then chipped and toasted to mimic barrel aging. Medium toast enhances caramelised flavours while retaining smooth oak depth. Ideal for your brew, oak chips offer a fast, economical alternative to barrel maturation. Use 10–15g per litre (adjust to taste) with contact time from a few days to 3 months for desired flavour intensity.
