Important Notes:

• This fermenter is not pressure rated. It is not designed for fermenting under pressure, performing pressure transfers, or carbonating. If you want those features, consider the FermZilla All-Rounder or FermZilla Conical Uni Tank models.

• No PRV valve is supplied, and we do not recommend modification.

• Maximum liquid temperature is 45°C. Do not pour boiling water directly into the fermenter. Cool wort or dissolved extract below 45°C before filling.
