Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt) – Food Grade – 100g

Top Brew's Magnesium Sulfate, also known as Epsom Salt, is a versatile brewing salt used to enhance hop crispness and slightly lower mash pH. Commonly used in pale ales and hop-forward beers, it adds a subtle sulfate sharpness that accentuates hop bitterness and helps create a clean, dry finish.

While similar to calcium sulfate (gypsum), magnesium sulfate is less effective at reducing pH but provides valuable magnesium (Mg) for yeast health when used in small amounts.
