Introducing Our 500L Jacketed Mash Tun

Introducing the first model in our new range of water, oil, or steam-jacketed mash tuns. Built for professional brewers and distillers, these vessels offer outstanding thermal performance, operational flexibility, and brewing efficiency in a premium-grade package.

Designed for reliability and precision, this mash tun forms the foundation of our new 500L fully jacketed 2V and 3V brewing systems. It will also be available as a standalone mash tun, providing an ideal solution for breweries and distilleries looking to upgrade or expand their production capabilities.

Key Features

Integrated 304 Stainless Steel HERMS Coil

This mash tun features a built-in 304SS HERMS coil located within the outer jacket. During recirculation, wort is drawn from the inner tank of the vessel, heated to the target temperature within the outer water jacket, and returned to the mash. This allows for precise temperature maintenance and exceptional mash control throughout the brewing process.

Optional Hard Plumbing Kits

We understand that every brewery has different requirements. That’s why we will offer both a Basic Kit and a Pro Kit for the 500L Jacketed Mash Tun, allowing you to choose the level of integration that best suits your operation.

Four Element Ports

Why four element ports? Because time is money.

Multiple element ports allow brewers to significantly reduce heating times while also lowering power consumption during the mash cycle. The result is reduced labour costs, improved efficiency, and lower utility expenses.

Dual-Purpose HERMS Coil

The integrated HERMS coil can also be utilised as a wort chiller, making it ideal for breweries and distilleries that need to cool mash or wort prior to fermentation.

Tri-Clamp Compatibility

The vessel comes equipped with tri-clamp ports, with a full range of compatible tri-clamp accessories available to suit your setup.

Heavy-Duty False Bottom

Every mash tun includes an extremely robust slotted false bottom, engineered to handle demanding commercial brewing environments while ensuring efficient wort flow.

Optional Full Rake Agitator

A full rake-style agitator will be available as an optional upgrade.

While our current vessels utilise paddle-style agitators, the larger capacity of this mash tun allows us to introduce a rake-style system for improved grain bed management. Existing customers who already own one of our agitators will also be able to purchase the rake assembly separately.

Large Grain Door & Grain Guide

A massive side-mounted grain door, combined with an integrated grain guide, makes spent grain removal fast and efficient while simplifying vessel cleaning and maintenance.
