Stainless Steel PolyPhoenix Distillation Parrot

The PolyPhoenix Distillation Parrot is a precision-crafted stainless steel parrot designed for accurate, continuous alcohol gravity readings during distillation. It can be height-adjusted using the included wire stand or mounted directly to your PolyPhoenix Distillation setup via the 1.5" Tri-Clover input port.

When mounting directly to your still, we recommend using support brackets to balance weight distribution for added stability.

A distiller’s parrot allows you to take real-time alcohol gravity measurements using an alcometer throughout your pot or reflux run. Simply position it inline with your distillation outlet so the distillate flows directly into the tallest collection cone.

Includes:

• 1 × Quick Swivel Connector ½" x Stainless Steel End Cap (18mm)

• 1 × Small Alcometer Spring Protector (not sold separately)

• 2 × M6 × 14mm Wing Nuts and Bolts

At maximum height with both wing nuts installed, the parrot stands 460mm high to the Tri-Clover port. A ½" BSP ball valve can be added to the bottom port to easily dump and retake samples during a run.
