We recommend to attach the Female JoinTech's x Barbed to your hosing (with a stepless clamp) and the Male x Male Thread to your Fixed Glycol System. This makes it much easier to connect and disconnect using one hand.

The returning loop from your Jacketed Fermenter or TempTwister we'd recommend going this Red insulation hose to signify warmer (hot). 
For the side that comes directly off the coolant side of your Glycol Chiller we'd recommend using the Blue insulation hosing. SIMPLES!
