SafAle WB-06 is a specialty dry wheat beer yeast designed to produce authentic German-style wheat beers with classic banana and clove ester and phenol character. Ideal for Hefeweizen, Dunkelweizen, Weizenbock, Witbier, and other fruity/spicy wheat styles.
WB-06 delivers a balanced fermentation profile, good attenuation, and high flocculation, improving clarity while still maintaining traditional yeast expression. It can also be used to produce Belgian Wit-style beers, developing subtle spicy and estery complexity.
