Samuel Willards Chocolate Rum Essence blends the rich warmth of dark rum with deep cocoa and smooth chocolate sweetness, creating a luxurious and indulgent spirit. Expect notes of rich molasses, vanilla and roasted cocoa, finishing silky and sweet with a decadent dessert-like character.

Perfect served over ice, mixed with cola or milk, or used in cocktails such as Chocolate Rum Espresso Martinis, Mudslides or creamy dessert shooters. Also excellent drizzled over ice cream for a boozy treat.

Mixing Instructions
Add 50ml of essence to 1.125L of 40% ABV neutral spirit or rum base. Shake well and allow to settle for full flavour development. For sweeter liqueur-style results, combine with a liqueur base or sugar to taste.
