A premium French oak flavouring to build your own whiskey style spirit. A flavouring used to oak age spirits. Ideal for brandy, whiskey, dark rum and bourbon. A flavouring tailored to allow you to build your own gin taste experience when combined with other flavourings from the Profile Range.

Mixing Instructions:

Shake the 50 ml (1.7 US fl oz) bottle well before use. Follow the individual instructions in the Craft Kit recipe booklets or experiment to create your very own, uniquely flavoured spirits. OR add 1 to 5 mls per litre depending on taste. Store Spirit for 7 to 10 days to allow oak character to fully develop.
