Wai-iti is a beautiful New Zealand aroma hop known for its soft, bright, and fruit-forward character. Bred from the renowned Hallertau lineage, Wai-iti showcases delicate yet expressive notes of fresh lime, stone fruit, apricot, peach, and subtle floral tones, making it ideal for smooth, easy-drinking beer styles.

With very low alpha acids and high essential oil content, Wai-iti performs best in late boil additions, whirlpool, or dry hopping, where its gentle citrus–stone fruit aromatics truly shine.
