WildBrew Philly Sour – 11g
Brew tart, refreshing beers with WildBrew Philly Sour, a unique yeast that naturally produces lactic acid during fermentation — no bacteria required! This innovative strain from Lallemand creates a clean, fruity sourness balanced by soft malt character, making it the perfect choice for fruit sours, Berliner Weisse, Gose, and modern sour IPAs.
Philly Sour ferments both glucose and maltose, resulting in moderate attenuation and a pleasantly tart finish with tropical fruit notes such as red apple, stone fruit, and peach. It’s an easy, reliable way to create complex sour beers without the risk of cross-contamination.
