XOakers American Oak – Medium Plus Toast (5 Spheres)

XOakers are the easiest and most consistent way to infuse authentic oak flavour into your brew. Each 1" solid oak sphere is crafted from high-quality American oak, seasoned for a minimum of three years for depth and character.

Their uniform size and weight ensure perfectly reproducible results—no scales needed. Simply count the spheres, drop them into your fermenter or barrel, and every vessel will receive the same degree of oak character.

The Medium Plus toast level delivers a balanced complexity, with rich caramelised notes while still preserving oak’s natural depth. American oak tends to impart a more intense and layered flavour profile compared to French oak.
